Bitmoji is a fun app that allows you to use emoji images that you create by yourself. It is an entertaining and completely educational app that is used to create little cartoon-like images. These images are then shared on social media. This is how students have been using it. It is very useful for the teachers as they have gotten very creative with their Bitmoji classrooms and Bitmoji lockers. Not only that, but they also are using them for classroom management, virtual field trips, and more. 


Through Bitmoji teachers are creating a fun virtual representation of their classroom for students to use online, complete with blackboard announcements and more.


HOW TO SETUP A BITMOJI CLASSROOM?

Bitmoji classroom is a virtual classroom that allows educators to deliver content to students in a fun and engaging way. Teachers can add a Bitmoji into a virtual classroom to make an amazing and interesting animated experience for students. Some teachers organize images in their own classrooms in order to hyperlink out to external sources.

  1. Start by getting the Bitmoji appon your iOS or Android smartphone.
  2. Now, sign up and get started by taking a selfie and then customizing your digital avatar. 
  3. Change everything from clothes and hair to eye shape and facial lines.
  4. Next, download the Bitmoji Google Chrome extension to share your Bitmoji character on more platforms than just via your phone's social media options. 
  5. This will automatically add the option to your Gmail as well as placing an icon next to your Chrome address bar.
  6. Google Slides is the best place to build your virtual class if your school or college uses Google Classroom. 
  7. If you are a Microsoft user you can do this through PowerPoint.


HOW TO BUILD A BITMOJI CLASSROOM
