How to make veg dry masala "Maggi"

We all are fond of street or restaurant veg noodles. The long lockdown had made it impossible to enjoy the street noodles and since we are all scared of junk food at present, we need a method to prepare dry masala Maggi which tastes is almost similar to veg noodles.

How to Make Veg Dry Masala "Maggi"


  •  Maggi (2 packets)
  • Chopped onions (2 medium-sized)
  • Chopped tomatoes (2 medium-sized)
  • Chopped cabbage (Half)
  • Green chilies (3)
  • Tomato ketchup (1 teaspoon)
  • Water (2 teaspoons)
  • Water (half-liter)
  • Red chili powder ¼ teaspoon
  • Maggi masala 2 packets
  • Oil (3 teaspoons)
  • Salt (¼ teaspoon)
  • Chopped carrots (half cup)
  • Chopped capsicum (half cup)


  1. In a pot, add half-liter water and boil the 2 packets of Maggi without adding Maggi masala
  2. Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan. Add chopped onions to it and mix well till they turn light brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, green chilies, cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and ⅓  teaspoon of salt to it. Mix well for two minutes.
  4. Add ¼ teaspoon red chili powder and 2 packets of Maggi masala.
  5. Mix well until the ingredients turn into a brownish paste. 
  6. Remove the water from boiled Maggi and add dry boiled Maggi to the brownish paste along with two teaspoons of water and 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup. Mix well and the dry masala Maggi is ready to be served.
