Ingredients: You'll Need to Make Crispy Veg Spring Roll

  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • 1/2 red pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 6 bamboo shoots (thinly sliced)
  • Some bean sprouts
  • 1/4 white cabbage (shredded)
  • Some rice noodles (soaked in water)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 1/8 pints (1 liter) vegetable oil
  • 1 egg (beaten)


 How Can You Make Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls! 

Step 1. Cook the vegetables

With vegetable oil heat the wok. Add carrots, red pepper, bamboo shoots, bean flower, and cabbage. Cook it all together until it's softened slightly.


Step 2. Add the wet ingredients

Fill in the pasta, soy sauce, sauce of oyster, butter, salt, and pepper. Mix together to take the heat out. Place it all in a cool bowl.


Step 3 Make the spring rolls

Place the roll spring wrapper before you with one corner on the bottom, to resemble a diamond. Brush the beaten egg on the four sides of the wrapper. Fill the wrapper in the bottom of the wrapper in a thin log form and do not touch the edges. Let the bottom clear for just a few cm.



Step 4. Lift the wrapper over the top and tuck it in under the filling

Fold over the left side and roll it up to form a tube, then on the right side. Brush the top part with a little more egg and lock the roll.


Step 5. Repeat until all the rolls are finished


Step 6. Fry the egg rolls

Placed on medium heat a pan of oil. Wait for the oil to be hot and fried the egg rolls deeply until it is light brown. On paper towels, drain them.


Step 7. Serve

Serve the full egg rolls with a sweet, and spicy, or other favorite sauce on the table.
